Maa Jwalaji Overseas Pvt. Ltd. needed a modern reward management platform for its electrician network. The business wanted a digital loyalty system where electricians could track loyalty points, scan product QR codes, and redeem rewards, while administrators managed policies, point rules, and redemption workflows from a centralized portal.
Challenge
No digital loyalty channel: Customers could only collect reward coupons on paper and redeem them in-store, with no way to track points or engagement online.
No direct customer relationship: The brand had no way to message customers directly or own the loyalty experience.
Low repeat engagement: There was no reliable way to send offers, track participation, or build loyalty online.
Solution we delivered
Discovery & planning
We mapped how points, coupons, and redemptions currently moved through paper vouchers and in-store visits, and identified where a digital, owned channel could remove friction for electricians and administrators alike.
Solution design
We designed a three-part ecosystem — a customer-facing Flutter app, a React admin portal, and a Node.js rewards engine — giving Jwalaji full control over loyalty policy while giving electricians an always-on way to track and redeem points.

QR code redemption & scan history
Electricians scan product QR codes to log purchases and redeem rewards, with a full scan history for transparent validation.
Points, tiers & leaderboard
A points dashboard, reward tiers, and leaderboard give electricians a clear view of balance, history, and standing.
Admin policy & campaign control
A React + Vite admin portal lets Jwalaji configure point rules, issue QR codes, manage users, and review redemption requests.
Secure rewards engine & payouts
A Node.js + Express API with Prisma-managed data handles point accrual, redemption validation, and payout via wallet or bank transfer.

We built the mobile app, admin portal, and backend rewards engine as one connected release, so paper coupon redemption could be replaced with instant digital tracking from day one.
