Eureka Traders is a premium handmade felt products manufacturing company based in Radhe Radhe, Thimi-05, Bhaktapur, Nepal. The brand produces festival decorations, footwear, pet products, felt crafts, and lifestyle goods, made in-house from natural wool by Nepali artisans, and offers both a direct-to-customer storefront and a wholesale program for bulk buyers.
Challenge
Wide product range across many categories: Festival, decorations, footwear, pet products, felt crafts, and lifestyle lines needed a storefront customers could actually browse and search, not one long undifferentiated list.
Two very different buyer types: Individual retail shoppers and bulk wholesale buyers needed separate paths, with wholesale requiring its own application and customization flow.
Seasonal demand needs its own moment: Halloween, Easter, Valentine's, and Christmas each needed a dedicated collection that could be promoted and retired on a seasonal calendar.
