5. Payment Terms

- AITC International may require upfront payments for certain services.
- All payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in a delay in service delivery.
- We accept payments via Cash, Cards(Debit/Credit), Online banking and you agree to pay any applicable taxes or fees related to the transaction.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Any custom work, including but not limited to designs, software, and content created for the client during the service period, will be owned by the client upon full payment. However, AITC International may retain the right to showcase the work as part of its portfolio.
- Licenses: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
- Pre-existing Intellectual Property: Any pre-existing intellectual property used in the provision of services remains the property of AITC International or its licensors.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information shared during the course of the project confidential. This includes business strategies, technical information, client data, and any other sensitive information.
- This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained from other sources.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AITC International will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from the use of our services, even if AITC International has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
- By AITC International: AITC International reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client breaches any terms or fails to meet payment obligations.
- By the Client: Clients may terminate the services by providing written notice. In such cases, the client will be required to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Upon termination, the client will have access to deliverables already completed and paid for.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
